This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of White Cloud. All opinions are 100% mine. Whoever said “getting there is half the fun,” never took a road trip with my kids. They are not the best car travelers. I would take flying over driving any day, but flying with a family of 5 can get costly. So we packed up the car recently, and headed to Disneyland (if you are going there check out the Best Disneyland Rides for Toddlers). The ride there (besides being LONG and traffic filled) was not that bad. The ride back on the other hand was another story. Two kids were complaining of stomach pains, so much so that we had to keep pulling over, and then my youngest vomited all over the car and her clothes. When she was about a year old, we were driving back from Disneyland and she started vomiting as well but wouldn’t stop and we ended up in urgent care. Thankfully, this time just appeared to be a bout of car sickness. Still these experiences gave me a lot of experience on Surviving the Unexpected on a Road Trip.
