Using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
In a stand mixer, beat melted chocolate chips and cream cheese until well blended.
Add confectioners' sugar one cup at a time until well blended.
Add 1 ½ cups of Fruity Pebbles to mixer and mix until it has been evenly distributed.
Spread in an 9x9 pan and pour ½ cup of Fruity Pebbles on top.
Cover and refrigerate for two hours until fudge sets.
Cut into 1-2 inch squares and enjoy.
