No Bake Energy Bites

So easy to make - only 10 minutes! My kids loved these energy balls. A great on the go breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup rice krispies
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  1. Microwave peanut butter for 10-15 seconds to soften it a bit.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll into 1 1/2 -2 inch balls.
  4. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
