Rainbow Pudding Popsicles

These Rainbow Pudding Popsicles are the perfect summer time treat. They are colorful, creamy and so easy to make. Kids love to help make and eat them!

Instructions

  • Make the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions. You will want to add a little more milk to help it pour.
  • Let the pudding stand for a few minutes to thicken, but not fully set.
  • Divide the pudding into 4 bowls and tint each bowl a different color with the food coloring.
  • Layer the different colors into a dixie cup.
  • Add a jumbo popsicle stick into the center of each.
  • Place in the freezer until fully frozen.
  • Once frozen, they should pop right out of the cups! If not, you can cut the side of the cup and it will peel back easily!
