Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar free yellow cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin, 15 oz
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Combine the sugar free cake mix, pumpkin, water, egg and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Grease a muffin pan and fill up each cup with 1/4 cup of the batter. 

  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
