Beef and Tomato Pasta

  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 lb 90/10 ground beef
  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 2 teaspoons pepper


  1. Boil pasta as directed on package. Drain.
  2. While pasta is boiling, cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Add the pepper to the ground beef. Add in three cans of stewed tomatoes. Stir well. Cook on low heat until simmering. Turn off heat.

  3. Add drained pasta to beef and tomato sauce mixture and stir.

  4. Serve with bread and topped with Parmesan.
