Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin and set aside.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Roll meatballs 1 inch to 1 ¼ inch diameter. You can also weigh the meatballs, each one should be ¼ of an ounce.
Place each meatball into the mini muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a thermometer placed in the meatball reads 165 degrees.
