Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees. Open up the tube of biscuits and unroll. Push the perforations together with your fingers to make a large, flat piece.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into slices.
In a shallow plate, mix the cinnamon and sugar until blended. Press a strip of crescent dough into the sugar, then turn over and coat the other side.
Remove from the sugar and form into a twist. Place in a greased pan in a 375 degree oven or toaster oven for 8-10 minutes or until they turn a golden brown. Keep an eye on them as they cook because they will cook quicker than ordinary crescents because they are thinner.
These are best served warm.
