In a large bowl, combine can of cream of chicken soup and one envelope of chicken gravy mix. Add the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Pour the mixture over the defrosted or fresh chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Cook in a slow cooker for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. When the chicken is cooked, shred the chicken breasts and combine with the gravy.
