Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk and eggs.
Fill the muffin tin with the batter.
Cut up each of the sausage links into a few pieces and push several sausage pieces on top of the pancake cupcakes.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve with syrup & enjoy.
