Ingredients

  • 2 jars sundried tomato pesto
  • ½ lb pancetta
  • 1 - 16 ounce penne pasta one box

Instructions

  • Cut pancetta in to squares and add to deep skillet.
  • Cook until pancetta is browned or looks like bacon.
  • Add in sundried tomato pesto. Stir well. This will incorporate the smoky flavor.
  • Boil pasta as directed on the box. Drain.
  • Toss pasta with the pesto and pancetta mixture. Top with grated Parmesan.
