Add the ground beef to a medium pan, and brown over medium heat. Drain grease.
Add cooked ground beef, mixed veggies, diced tomatoes, broth, salt, and pepper to a crockpot.
Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 7-8 hours.
Add the noodles 30 minutes before serving to allow them to cook.

You could make this soup recipe on the stovetop as well. Cooking time after adding everything together would be about 30 minutes on medium. You may also cook the noodles separately and add them right before serving so that they do not absorb any of the broth.
