This Garlic Fries Recipe is just as good as the legendary fries served at San Francisco Giants games! Now you can make them at home.
Servings 4 servings
- vegetable oil for frying
- 2 pounds or 4-5 russet potatoes
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons garlic minced
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
