Rinse and cut head of cauliflower into florets.
Boil water and place cauliflower and garlic cloves in a steamer basket on top.
Steam for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower can be easily pierced by a fork.
Transfer steamed cauliflower and garlic to a food processor and add butter, Parmesan, cream cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
Blend until creamy and serve right away.
