  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour cheeses, butter, flour and salt into a food processor bowl. 
  • Pulse in food processor until a dough ball forms. 
  • Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut out crackers using a small cookie cutter and place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
