Peach Salsa Recipe
Serve this fresh peach salsa with tortilla chips, over grilled chicken breast or fish. The taste of summer awaits!
- 3 cups fresh peaches peeled and chopped into small chunks
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 2 red bell peppers seeded and diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes diced
- 2 jalepenos remove seeds and dice
- ½ bunch cilantro chopped
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- salt to taste
- juice from 1 lemon
Peel and chop up the peaches into small chunks.
Dice the onion, red bell pepper, jalapenos, and tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Add the chopped cilantro, juice from one lemon, chili powder and salt. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before you are ready to serve it.
