Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh peaches peeled and chopped into small chunks
  • 1 medium red onion diced
  • 2 red bell peppers seeded and diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 2 jalepenos remove seeds and dice
  • ½ bunch cilantro chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • juice from 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Peel and chop up the peaches into small chunks. 
  • Dice the onion, red bell pepper, jalapenos, and tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the chopped cilantro, juice from one lemon, chili powder and salt. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before you are ready to serve it.
