Rainbow Popsicles

These Rainbow Popsicles are the perfect summer time treat. They are colorful, creamy and so easy to make. Kids love to help make and eat them!

Instructions

  • Make the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions. You will want to add a little more milk to help it pour.
  • Let the pudding stand for a few minutes to thicken, but not fully set.
  • Divide the pudding into 4 bowls and tint each bowl a different color with the food coloring.
  • Layer the different colors into a dixie cup.
  • Add a jumbo popsicle stick into the center of each.
  • Place in the freezer until fully frozen.
  • Once frozen, they should pop right out of the cups! If not, you can cut the side of the cup and it will peel back easily!
