Keto Bread in a Mug
This Keto Bread in a Mug can be made with just a few ingredients and in under two minutes. It doesn't get much easier than that! The entire thing contains 5 net carbs.
Place the butter in the mug and melt it in the microwave.
When melted, remove from microwave and add in the rest of the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients together with a fork until they are well blended.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
When done cooking, shake the bread out of the mug. If it sticks at all, running a knife along the edges should do the trick.
Slice the bread. For a crisper bread, place the slices in toaster.
Top with butter or cream cheese.
