Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl
This Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl is one of my favorite low carb meals. All of your favorite egg roll flavors in this Keto Crack Slaw. Perfect for Keto or Weight Watchers diets.
Start by browning the ground turkey in a skillet until it is cooked through.
Add in the ground ginger and minced garlic and stir until combined.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the seasoned ground turkey and stir to combine.
Add cole slaw mix and stir to get the ingredients distributed. Let cook over medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes.
