Coat pork chop in beaten egg.
Roll pork chop in bread crumbs completely covering the pork chop.
Dip in the egg and bread crumbs again.
Place on air fryer rack or in basket and spray pork chops with cooking spray.
Air fry at 375 for 25 minutes.
Flip and air fry for an additional 5 minutes at 375. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
