  • 2 lb Russet Potatoes Peeled
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ½ Stick Butter
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Place potatoes in instant pot.
  • Pour in Chicken Stock.
  • Pressure Cook for 15 minutes and Quick Release.
  • Open the pot. Add butter and milk then mash with the potato masher.
  • Stir in salt and pepper.
  • Serve & enjoy.
