Easter Rice Krispie Treats
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 cups Mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz pastel colored M&Ms reserve some for top
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
Add mini marshmallows.
Stir with a silicone spatula until the marshmallows have melted and become incorporated with the butter.
Turn off the stove and add the Rice Krispies. Mix until all the cereal has been coated with the melted marshmallow mixture.
Add in most of the pastel colored M&M’s and gently fold them into the Rice Krispie mix. Save the rest for the top.
Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Press the mixture into the greased pan.
Press some M&Ms into the top of the Rice Krispies in the pan.
Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes before eating.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
