Mini S'Mores Pie

I couldn't believe how easy these individual S'mores pies were to make. Pie crust combined with s'mores are a winner!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie crust
  • 2 Graham crackers
  • 6 Marshmallows
  • 1 Chocolate bar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a muffin pan and unroll a pre-made pie crust. Cut a piece of pie crust out and fit it into a muffin tin. You might need to press some pieces together to get it to fit.
  • Break a graham cracker in half and cut it until it is a size that will fit in your muffin cup.
  • Place a cracker in each cup.
  • Next, place two rectangles of chocolate on top of the cracker.
  • Drop a marshmallow on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes (oven cook times vary) at 375 degrees. When the marshmallow tops start to brown, cover the pan with some foil to keep them from burning.
