This Apple Muffins Recipe is a great way to use apples. The muffins and tasty and filling and this the perfect recipe to make with kids.

Ingredients

– flour – salt – baking powder – cinnamon – large egg – sugar – brown sugar – butter – milk – apples - any baking apples work well such as granny smith apples

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Pour the flour, baking powder, salt and a dash of cinnamon into a bowl and stir to combine.

In another bowl, beat the egg and add the sugar, brown sugar and milk. Mix.

Stir in the cooled, melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in 1 cup of peeled and chopped apples.

Fill your muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease with cooking spray and fill each 3/4 full with the batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

05  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. You’ll need to let these muffins cool a bit before eating, but they are amazing when served still a bit warm.

These muffins make great snacks for lunch boxes! The cinnamon apple flavor in the muffins can't be beat.
