These are truly the best Banana Crumb Muffins I have ever tasted.  The crumbly, crunchy topping just takes these tasty muffins to another level.

Peel and mash ripe bananas and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt

In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, white sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.

Pour the contents of the banana bowl into the large bowl with the flour mixture. Stir to combine.

Evenly divide the batter among 14 muffin cups.

To make the topping for these banana crumb muffins, you will mix together brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon.

Evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter in the muffin tin.

Bake and enjoy!
