In a Large Mixing  Bowl, Combine  the Lemon Cake  Mix, Cool Whip,  and Egg.

Mix until well combined.

Place the Cookie Dough in the freezer for 30 Minutes to Firm Up

Remove the Dough from the freezer and use a Cookie  Scoop to Drop Rounded Spoonful into a Container Filled with  Powdered Sugar

Roll the dough in the  powdered sugar.

Drop the Powdered  Sugar-Coated Dough  Balls onto the  Parchment-Covered  Cookie Sheet, Spacing  Them a Few Inches  Apart

Bake for 8 minutes
