To make this corn casserole, add 1 can of drained corn and 1 can of cream style corn to a large bowl.

Next, add sugar, egg, sour cream, and melted butter to the bowl and stir.

Add a 6-7 oz package of cornbread mix to the rest of the ingredients and stir to incorporate.  Then add one cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix everything together.

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.  Pour the corn pudding batter into the crock pot.  Cover and set it to high.  Cook for approximately 2 ½ hours or until the center has set.

Transfer the corn casserole to a serving bowl and serve hot.

People cannot get enough of this easy-to-make side dish!
