Cut out hearts of various sizes from red and pink tissue paper.

Use the tissue paper hearts and Mod Podge to attach the hearts to the glass.

You will want to paint over the hearts with a thin layer of Mod Podge when the tissue paper hearts have dried.

The mod podge will dry clear.
