Preheat Your Oven  to 350 Degrees. In  a Medium Bowl,  Combine the Flour,  Baking Powder, and ​Baking Soda.

In a Large Bowl, Cream Together  the Softened Butter, Brown Sugar, and  Vanilla

Add the Honey and Cinnamon  to the Butter Mixture and Stir.

Slowly Add the Flour Mixture and  Water to the Butter Mixture,  Alternating Between the Two. Stir until a DoughForms

Roll Out the Dough to a ¼ Inch  Thickness, Dusting with Flour to  Prevent Sticking.

Cut the Dough into Small Squares and Place  Them on a Parchment-Lined Baking Sheet

Mix Together the  White Sugar and  Cinnamon, Then  Sprinkle It Over  the Crackers.
