Make a St. Patrick's Day Votive with kids. This fun craft project will allow kids to create a work of art you can display in your home. Such a fun St. Patrick's Day activity!

YOU WILL NEED – Green tissue paper (we used 2 shades of green) – Glass votive holder – Mod Podge or a 50%waterand 50% white glue mixture – Scissors – Brush – Tea light or small candle

Cut small circles out of the green tissue paper. Provide your child with the circles along with Mod Podge in a cup, a brush and a votive candle holder.

Have your child dab some Mod Podge on the glass and stick a green circle on it. They will continue to do this until they have filled the outside of the glass votive.

When the kids are done decorating the candle holder, cover it with a thin layer of Mod Podge. This should be done by an adult.

The Mod Podge dries clear so the St. Patrick's Day Votive will look like this when dry.
