Microwave 12 oz mini marshmallows in a microwave safe cup until melted.

Next, microwave 1 cup of candy corn until it has melted. You will melt the candy corn in intervals, stirring in between each.

Add in 1 tbsp canola oil and 1 tsp vanilla to the melted candy corn mixture. Stir thoroughly.

Add the melted candy corn to the the melted marshmallows and stir to combine. Add in ¼ cup at a time of powdered sugar, mixing between each ¼ cup.
