Make the crust by  mixing gelatin, almond  flour, stevia powder and  salt.

Add cream cheese, cream,  shortening, vanilla and lemon juice.  Combine to make a dough.

Cut the strawberries and mash  with a fork.

To make the  cheesecake filling,  mix gelatin and  almond flour.

Then add the stevia  powder and salt,  heavy cream, vanilla  and cream cheese.

Add the mashed  strawberries and stir them into the  cheese mixture so  they are evenly distributed.

Smooth into pan and  refrigerate for 2-4  hours.

Garnish with  some cut up  strawberries.
