Set the pressure cook or manual button and set the timer for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes the Instant Pot will stop counting and beep.
At this point, release the pressure in the pot.
Drain the juice that is leftover in the pot.
Mix together peanut butter, the remaining soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili sauce.
Whisk the ingredients together and pour the mixture over the chicken
and vegetables. Mix well.
