The combination of tender beef, broccoli, and a tasty sauce creates a yummy dinner that will make you skip Chinese takeout.

Cut the beef. Add garlic, broth, rice  vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper,  and soy sauce to the Instant Pot . Stir  to combine.

Add the beef and  broccoli to the  pressure cooker.

Close the lid on the  Instant Pot and set the  value to seal. Cook on manual for 10  minutes. Do a natural  pressure release and a  quick pressure release.

Remove ¼ cup of  liquid from the  Instant Pot and  whisk in a bowl  with cornstarch  to form a  cornstarch  slurry.

Add the slurry to the  Instant Pot and stir for 5  minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Garnish with sesame  seeds and serve.
