    • Frozen Broccoli Florets - A great way to get veggies into the dish, in addition to providing color and texture.
    • Minced Garlic - Adds flavor and aroma.
    • Beef Broth - The base for the sauce.
    • Rice Vinegar - The acidity adds a tangy flavor to the sauce.
    • Brown Sugar - Adds sweetness to the sauce.
    • Corn Starch - Used to thicken the sauce.
    • Salt & Pepper - To taste. You can add red pepper flakes if you prefer more spice.
    • Soy Sauce - Adds a salty flavor and depth to the beef and broccoli. You can also use a low-sodium soy sauce.
    • Sesame Seeds - For garnish and also adds a nutty flavor.

    📋How To Make Instant Pot Beef and Broccoli

    STEP 1: If your stew beef isn't cut into thin strips, cut it now. Add garlic, broth, rice vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper, and soy sauce to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine ingredients.

    STEP 2: Add the beef and broccoli to the pressure cooker.

    STEP 3: Close the lid on the Instant Pot and set the value to seal. Cook on manual for 10 minutes.

    STEP 4: Set to a natural pressure release for 10 minutes followed by a quick release to release any remaining pressure. Carefully open the lid.

    STEP 5: Remove ¼ cup of liquid from the Instant Pot and whisk in a bowl with the 3 tablespoons of cornstarch to form a cornstarch slurry.

    STEP 6: Add the slurry to the Instant Pot and stir for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
