How to Make Insta Pot Lasagna Soup
Start by setting your Instant Pot to sauté mode, then add the onion and ground beef or ground turkey. Cook until the meat is fully browned and the onions are translucent. Next, stir in the broth.


Then add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, half the shredded cheese, and one cup of ricotta. Mix everything well to combine.


Add the noodles. Since the Instant Pot does most of the work for you, there's no need to pre-cook the noodles. Stir to combine.
Once everything is well combined, close the lid and seal the Instant Pot. Set it to manual, high pressure for six minutes. Once the cooking time is done, carefully perform a quick release of the pressure.

- ½ lb ground turkey can also use ground beef
- ½ onion
- 2 ½ cups beef broth can also use chicken broth
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 8 oz lasagna noodles
- 2 cups Italian blend cheese shredded
- 1 ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to the sauté function. Add the onion and ground turkey, cooking until the meat is browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in the broth, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, half of the cheese, 1 cup of ricotta, and the noodles, mixing thoroughly.
- Secure the lid on the pressure cooker and seal it shut, ensuring the pressure release valve is closed. Set the cooker to manual high pressure for 6 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully perform a quick release of the pressure before opening the lid.
- Serve topped with remaining ricotta and Italian blend cheese, and enjoy!
