  • Secure the lid on the pressure cooker and seal it shut, ensuring the pressure release valve is closed. Set the cooker to manual high pressure for 6 minutes.
  • Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully perform a quick release of the pressure before opening the lid.
  • Serve topped with remaining ricotta and Italian blend cheese, and enjoy!
