In Large Bowl, Mix Together  Sugar, Caned Pumpkin, Eggs,  Apple Sauce, and Water Until  Blended.

Add the Dry Ingredients to the Bowl with the  Pumpkin batter and Stir  Until Moistened

Stir in Raisins and  Butterscotch Chips.

Prepare a Muffin  Pan with Cooking  Spray and Fill the  Greased Muffin  Tins ¾ Full.

Bake at 350 Degrees  F for 30 Minutes or  Until a Toothpick  Inserted in the Center  Comes Out Dry
