It is easy to enjoy a turkey dinner anytime with Crockpot Turkey Tenderloin and Potatoes.  With this recipe you can cook potatoes and turkey tenderloins at the same time.

Crockpot Turkey Tenderloin and Potatoes

Place turkey tenderloin in a large bowl and coat it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine, honey, Dijon mustard, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed.

Place the turkey in the crockpot. Using a pastry brush, brush the honey mustard mixture on the turkey. Turn the turkey over and brush on the other side.

Add diced potatoes to the crockpot on top of the tenderloin. You can substitute sweet potato for the potato if you prefer.

Pour chicken broth over the turkey and potatoes.

Set the slow cooker on high and cook for 4 hours.
