This Weight Watchers Salsa Chicken Freezer Meal is perfect for a busy schedule. You can prepare it when you have time, and just label and freeze it. Then pop the contents in a crock pot and enjoy.

Let’s get started!


– boneless skinless chicken breasts – salsa – black beans – corn – petite diced tomatoes – garlic powder – cumin – shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Add chicken breasts, salsa, black beans, corn, tomatoes & spices to a large zip top bag.


Seal the bag. Store the bag in the freezer lying flat.


When you are ready to cook, dump the contents into a crock pot. Set the crock pot to on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.


You can optionally add shredded cheese to the top and continue cooking until the cheese melts.


This Make Ahead Freezer Meal is zero points if you omit the cheese.
