Fall Slime Recipe

My favorite thing about this Fall Slime Recipe is the scent. It smells like one of the best fall scents out there - cinnamon. Every time your kids play with it, they will be greeted by a delightful fragrance.

Instructions

  • In a bowl or container, pour an entire 5 oz bottle of clear glue.
  • Add ½ cup of water to the clear glue.
  • Add in ½ teaspoon of baking soda to the water and glue mixture and stir.
  • Add in a mix of red and gold glitter and stir to incorporate.
  • Add just a few drops of cinnamon essential oil and mix.
  • Add in some of the fall vase filler leaves.
  • To get the slime to form, add 1 tablespoon of contact solution. The slime will instantly begin to form.
  • Start mixing the slime. It will be super STICKY!
  • Keep mixing the solution in the bowl until it starts to come together. This usually requires more mixing than you would think.
  • Start to knead the slime until it is no longer sticky.

Notes

  • Please supervise your kids when making slime and have them wash their hands when they are done playing. This is not edible.
  • I recommend playing with this glitter slime on a table or tray. Do not play with slime near the carpet as it can be tough to get out if some falls on the rug.
  • I like saving those containers that lunch meat comes in, as they are perfect for making slime.
