No Bake Cereal Bars
These No Bake Cereal Bars are easy to make and delicious. My kids love the blueberry and chocolate flavor and they make the perfect after school snack.
Melt butter in a 2 or 3 quart saucepan.
Add honey, brown sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Cook until boiling, while stirring, and then remove from heat.
Mix in Nature Valley™ Honey Oat Clusters cereal, almonds, dried blueberries and chocolate chips and stir. The chocolate chips will start melting as you stir.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Press the cereal mixture onto the cookie sheet to make a flat layer.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40-50 minutes until set.
Cut into bars with a knife.
Store in refrigerator.
