This Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl is one of my favorite low carb meals.

It combines all of your favorite flavors that are typically found inside an egg roll, minus the crispy shell.

Brown the ground turkey in a skillet until it is cooked through.

Add in the ground ginger and minced garlic and stir until combined.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the seasoned ground turkey and stir to combine.

Add cole slaw mix and stir to get the ingredients distributed.

Let cook over medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes.  Serve immediately.

This meal is filling and super easy to make, cooking up in just minutes.
