If you are following the Weight Watchers Freestyle program, 99% fat-free ground turkey is zero points which makes this recipe very low points. The entire recipe contains just 2 points (from the sesame oil). If you are not eating the entire thing in one sitting, I would count this as zero points.

HOW TO MAKE KETO EGG ROLL IN A BOWL
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it can be made in one pan. I don't have a lot of time for clean up, so any meal that can be cooked in one skillet is a winner in my book. I love how simple it is to prepare as well, thanks to packaged cole slaw mix.
Start by browning the ground turkey in a skillet until it is cooked through.
Add in the ground ginger and minced garlic and stir until combined. Peeling garlic is one my least favorite tasks. I use a garlic peeler like this one to make the job a lot easier.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the seasoned ground turkey and stir to combine.
Add the cole slaw mix and stir to get the ingredients distributed. Let cook over medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes. I have also made this using slaw mix without carrots and it tastes just as good.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
