Start by browning the ground turkey in a skillet until it is cooked through. Add in the ground ginger and minced garlic and stir until combined.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the seasoned ground turkey and stir to combine.
Add cole slaw mix and stir to get the ingredients distributed. Let cook over medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
