Liquid Watercolor Decorated Eggs
Using droppers and liquid watercolors to create vibrantly colored eggs for Easter.
Materials
- Liquid watercolors
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Small cups for the eggs
- Droppers
- Empty egg carton
Instructions
- Pour some of each liquid watercolor into a separate cup.
- Have your child fill their dropper from the paint in the cup.
- Place an egg for your child to decorate in a small fruit cup and let them color the outside of the egg using the liquid watercolors and dropper.
- Place the eggs in an empty egg carton to dry. They will be dry to the touch in about an hour.

- Liquid watercolors are not safe to consume so these eggs are for decorative purposes only. Do not eat.
- This will be a messy activity so you will want to have your child wear a smock.
