Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • In an air fryer safe baking dish, mix cherries, maple syrup, melted butter, and almond extract.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  • Remove and sprinkle granola evenly over the cooked cherries.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes more until granola is golden.
  • Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

Notes

  •  If you’ve got time, let your cherries thaw. Just leave them in a bowl on the counter for about 30 minutes.
  • Give the cherries a stir halfway through cooking so everything heats evenly (the ones on the bottom usually get hotter faster).
  • Make sure to use an air fryer-safe dish that fits nicely in your basket for the best results.
