  • Cook at 400ºF for 10 minutes, then flip the pork chops and continue cooking for an additional 8 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160ºF. Note that the thickness of the chops may affect cooking time.
  • Allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
