  • Pour one cup of self-rising flour and one cup of Fage yogurt into a bowl.
  • Mix until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a ball.
  • Weigh the dough and divide it into four equal portions.
  • Roll each portion into a rope and shape into a circle.
  • Place the bagels in an air fryer prepped with cooking spray. In a small bowl, whisk the egg white and use a pastry brush to apply it to the bagels.
  • Sprinkle everything seasoning on the bagels.
  • Bake at 350 degrees in the air fryer for 15 minutes. Monitor the cooking process as air fryer times may vary.
