Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, 2 tablespoons of Biscoff spread, and the chocolate syrup.
  • Stir continuously until the Biscoff spread is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Bring to a low simmer, then remove from heat.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of Biscoff spread for about 30 seconds, or until it is melted and pourable.
  • Pour the hot chocolate into a mug.
  • Top with whipped topping, the crushed Biscoff cookie, and a drizzle of the melted Biscoff spread. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Keep the heat low when you're warming the milk and Biscoff spread—too much heat can scorch the milk and mess with the flavor.
  • Making this for more than one person? Just double or triple the ingredients. It’s super easy to scale up for a cozy family treat.
  • And if you’ve got a milk frother, now’s the time to use it! It’ll make your hot chocolate extra foamy and creamy.
